For one and a half years, we dedicated ourselves to the brand and employer branding of the globally operating laboratory automation and life sciences company. In joint workshops with the executive management and management team, we worked out the essence of the company and translated this into new messages, values, and designs. In this way, we were able to carry out a credible brand refresh and build a strong global employer brand.
